My Geometry Book

In this lesson we were asked to find and photograph five geometric shapes. Then we were to choose two examples of each shape and give a definition.

I traveled around town and photographed commonly seen items. I hope this will help the viewer connect real life and math together.

I thought that this would be a great lesson to use in the classroom, if you had access to multiple cameras. I created "My Geometry Book" in PowerPoint and uploaded into google docs. I then shared the link with Tom.
